Noise Reporting: Challenges and Solutions

Join No More Noise Toronto on Tuesday April 2nd at noon for this unique event, with Gary Yorke, the Executive Director of the Customer Experience Division (also known as 311). Gary will share what his vision is for 311 evolving to “Toronto at Your Service”. Gary has bold plans to build a first of its kind and best in class framework to take a resident’s noise report and manage it end to end, with you, the resident in mind. This session will focus on reporting noise issues. We have an amazing opportunity to share with the very top level what our challenges have been and what we see as solutions to manage noise reports better and improve enforcement.

As we only have an hour we are asking for people to submit questions in advance by clicking on this link. We will organize them to make the best use of time. In the session, we will use Mentimeter and the chat function to get your feedback so we can all see the answers as they come in.
